About Lametra b. Off
Who is Lametra B. Off?
Lametra Off is the Principal Coach and founder of LBO Career Coaching & Consulting LLC.
For over 20 years, she has held various leadership positions in the U.S. Army, government agencies, banking and non-profit industries. Since 2014, she has trained thousands of leaders, helping them accomplish their goals. She is known for authentic leadership, laughter and educating. Her unique approach blends coaching, fun, and training for teams, organizations, individual clients and students to increase their personal and professional performance.
Lametra was first exposed to the concepts of engagement, fulfillment, and purpose-driven work, while working as a federal government employee. As an unengaged, unfulfilled, micro-managed employee, she had to make a change for her own sanity.
Lametra Off has a degree in Business Administration and a Master of Human Resources Training & Development with a specialization in Adult Training and Development. She is also a Certified Career Services Provider via the National Career Development Association; Global Career Development Facilitator via the Center for Credentialing and Education; a Certified Professional Coach with a specializing in Life, Career, etc. Transition from iPEC; has a Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF); and is certified to administer several proprietary leadership related assessments essential to crafting an individual’s leadership success plan.
Lametra is the founder and owner of LBO Career Coaching & Consulting, LLC, a service-disabled, minority, veteran-owned and operated, woman-owned leadership development company. She has coached business owners and leaders from various organizations (Google, Meta, U.S. Air Force, and several government agencies) to lead beyond organizational objectives.
