As evidenced with a membership in the Arts District Toastmasters Club, communication, collaboration, and coordination are important. For that reason, each coaching connection is a partnership. Lametra's coaching has been deeply influenced by studies in energy, leadership, positive psychology, self-efficacy and strengths-based coaching. Her coaching has also been influenced by leadership roles in a number organizations such as the U.S. Army, the US Small Business Administration, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and in varying industries or functions - military, government administration, banking, credit and financial analysis, facilitation, teaching, instructing, tutoring, mentoring and instructional design. 

Training...

Learning and development are an integral part of who she is.  Case in point, she is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC); Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC); a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) from National Career Development Association (NCDA) and a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) from the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE). 

She is certified to administer several assessments; additionally, my specialties include conscious leadership development, holistic life plan design, values-based communication, perspective shift, and organizational effectiveness.

As for even more education, Lametra has a Master of Science in Human Resources Training & Development with a concentration in Adult Training & Development.
